Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Actively involve to Facilitate and drive the development of Banglalink’s International Roaming strategy in alignment with Veon Wholesale Service (VWS)· Identify new IR services/campaigns that can be availed; review amp; analyze pros amp; cons of the services amp; its impact on business in terms of revenue amp; customer retention/ expansion and prepare necessary report amp; documents· Evaluate proposal/ scope of work/ BOQ received from the vendors amp; provide feedback to Supply chain upon approval and facilitate UAT process based on the nature of the feature/ service· Send communication brief to Brand amp; Communication department if the new campaign is to be successfully communicated to the customers in ATL media; collect IR data before amp; after launch of the service to analyze pre and post launching performance of the newly introduced feature/service· Ensure yearly roaming budget, forecast for overall B2B, B2C and wholesale segment of Banglalink in coordination with Banglalink management and VEON’s group B2B directives· Maintain liaison with Veon Wholesale Service (VWS) for roaming partnership and Ensure discussion and alignment with Banglalink internal stakeholders for effective and efficient Roaming Portfolio management
Required Academic Qualifications·MBA/BBA/B.Sc. from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience·Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years’ experience in Commercial Roaming Product amp; Service Management
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Strong communications and interpersonal skills· Sound negotiation skills· Analytical skills· Strong knowledge about telecommunication/ roaming technologies amp; services· Strong knowledge in MS Office specially in Word, Excel, Power point, Project, AccessIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before April 18, 2021.
