Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Govern and Control the programs/project to achieve all targets and objectives maintaining best practiced processes and procedures, standard tools, documents and methodology. · Monitor, track, control and manage all the projects in high level aspect so that each project under a program shall meet 5 KPIs like PMO Compliance, Budget Control, Time Control, Risk Mitigation and Quality.· Manage a number of project managers and a portfolio of projects by ensuring timely project initiation, resourcing and risk mitigation.· Ensure on time project review with PMs to Identify risks/issues, analysis root causes and take correction actions to mitigate in shortest possible time and maintain Risk/Issue register and update on time.· Align, unify and enhance Project reporting and dashboard in all aspects and present it to different forums including management team.· Oversee, consolidate and manage system modification with proper change management process in coordination with relevant departments.· Establish key working relationships with all concerned related to project, vendors and external stakeholders and knowledge transfer through integrated working and on the job training
Required Academic Qualifications· BSc in EEE or CSE from any UGC approved university· Certificate of PRINCE-2,PMP, ITIL shall be treated as an added advantageRequired Experience:· 8+ years’ experience in relevant Field
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Certificate of PRINCE-2, PMP, ITIL shall be treated as asset· Solid Skilled on program/project management, keen knowledge on Program/project management, Full understanding of Project life cycle management and risk/issue management· Comprehensive knowledge of Telecom (all area) along with 3G amp; LTE· Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)· Excellent organizational, management and inter-personal skills, and well experienced in working with different type of projects· Dynamic communication skill, well presentation skills amp; excellent report writing skillsIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before 18 April, 2021.
