Job Description

Supporting corporate and wireless and physical network infrastructure and clients including desktop support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization. Responsibilities
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac amp; Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches
  • Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting
  • Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer
  • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)
  • Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
  • Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.

  • VMWare ESXi
  • Cisco/Meraki Networks
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering ,Information Technology or Equivalent.
  • CCNA or 3+ Years information technology experience (Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking)
  • Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment
Shift Requirements:
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis. The primary shift will be the Night shift (Bangladesh Time).
