Job Description

Job Responsibility: · Implement strategies to manage lower churn among Banglalink customer base by increasing customer engagement through different loyalty, partnership program and reactivation campaigns· Identify segment specific needs of the customers and propose campaigns/programs to address them through loyalty programs, design and implement segment specific point based programs and campaigns to ensure customer engagement and maintain churn rate within target· Identify new target base and propose eligibility criteria and registration modality amp; also new loyalty based service for expansion of registered loyalty customer amp; partners through loyalty amp; partnership programs· Co-ordinate with IT, Technical, and other relevant internal and external teams to ensure systems capacity for loyalty partnership programs and campaigns and ensure availability of point based loyalty program data to generate and publish loyalty program performance reports· Propose communication plan and co-ordinate with the relevant team to ensure regular ATL/BTL communication to drive customers’ awareness for loyalty program amp; partnership programs and campaigns and ensure availability of communication materials· Analyze the performance of loyalty partnership programs amp; campaigns and share the findings and recommendations to management as when required· Support Procurement to negotiate and purchase gift/physical items from various companies, ensure gift items’ timely delivery to the customer touch points and manage amp; monitor partnership agency for smooth operations
Required Academic Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Willingness to learn and remain calm in tough situations· Sound understanding and knowledge of Loyalty and Partnership programs· Basic knowledge of telecommunication technology and new developments· Strong negotiation skills · Leadership acumen· Basic knowledge of MS Office· Good understanding on People Management Knowledge of PR draft writingIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before March 8, 2021.
