Job Description
Job Responsibility: · Ensure deliverables from technology partners by reviewing regular service performance, service availability assurance (incident/issue/customer complaints), follow up to prepare and track service improvement plan/initiatives as part of continuous service improvement· Conduct regular partner governance meeting and follow up actions on agreed SLA amp; KPI reports, escalate issues in relation with nonperformance or failure to upper level and report SLA breaches to Toffee Head and SCM for penalty· Interface with BL technology team to facilitate required supports to technology partners for service continuity and work with BL infrastructure team for infrastructure, DC and network related support and BL Application teams for Integration related support· Ensure end to end validation of Solution Architecture, proper impact analysis by technology partner on any architectural change, oversight and track changes in Architecture due to change and facilitate transition in case of change in managed service partner· Support in preparation and establishment of budget amp; business plan in accordance with the plan to achieve business objectives· Ensure proper testing and release management of applications and websites
Required Academic Qualifications· B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Engineering or Equivalent from any UGC approved universityRequired Experience· 10-12 years of experience out of which 6-7 years in relevant field
Required Knowledge amp; Skills· Sound knowledge in video streaming platform and mobile TV services· Understanding on dimensioning amp; capacity management for video streaming services· In depth knowledge of ICT solution architecture and design· Experience in Managed Service Technology Governance and Vendor Management · Experience and expertise in ITIL based service Management· Experience in Project Management framework and Agile methodologies· Awareness of Telecommunication service and industry trends· Awareness of global technology trends, vendors solutions and servicesIf you are interested to pursue a career with us and you have the required experience amp; skills, please apply with an updated CV on or before March 13, 2021.
