Job Description

The fastest growing Cloud Based Marketplace Company, Field Nation is looking for a Support Coordinator (Night Shift) for its Customer Support team. As a Support Coordinator (Night Shift) you will have the opportunity to directly impact the business outcome as this role requires you to interact with the customers on a regular basis. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Uttara, Dhaka. Job Responsibilities
  • Your primary responsibility in this role will involve responding to/ resolving a variety of customer support inquiries from our clients via phone, email and chat.

Educational Requirements
  • Open to all but candidates, But the candidate must have strong English speaking/ writing skills since this role involves handling U.S. based customer service inquiries

Job Location
  • Uttara,Dhaka. (We are doing Work From Home due to the Covid-19 )
Salary Range
  • TK.20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
