The main mission of this role is to help their Scrum Teams focus on creating high-value product increments by coaching everyone to understand Scrum theory and practice. By working to ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive and productive, helping to remove impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress, this position will play a key role in our growing team. This position is located in Uttara, Dhaka. (We are doing Work From Home due to the Covid-19 )What you’ll do

- Coordinate and facilitate backlog refinement meetings, Sprint Planning meetings, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and product demos
- Facilitate continuous improvement by understanding the Scrum Master role for multiple teams
- Ensure that Scrum Teams are creating a valuable, useful increment every Sprint
- Support a variety of teams, whose members reside in the US and Bangladesh
- Enable the Scrum Team to meet Sprint Goals by helping to remove impediments to the team’s progress
- Foster and coach the team on the adoption of agile tools and practices, including helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
- Provide transparency into the Scrum process by ensuring the accuracy of the product backlog, sprint board, burndown charts, control charts, cycle times, velocity analysis, etc.
- 1+ years experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent Scrum Team experience) working in an agile environment managing product or program digital initiatives demonstrating effective coordination of engineering, design/UX, and marketing stakeholders
- Knowledge of continuous delivery practices with automated testing
- Must be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, removing barriers between stakeholders and scrum teams
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and minimize the allocation of resources to low-value work
- An ability to create a psychologically safe environment where people cooperate and conflicts arise that lead to great ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work from 1 PM to 10 PM BD time.
- Willing to work at Uttara, Dhaka (We are doing Work From Home due to the Covid-19 )
- BSc degree in computer science or equivalent
- Scrum Master Certification or equivalent training
- Work experience in a product environment
