Job Description

Job Responsibility: ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Lead Finance Business stream by working closely with Finance Lead Process Owner, ESS team and Vendor and conduct Deep Dive and feasibility study of processes to identify localization needs and its requirements·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Align with Management, LPOs and project team on localization for implementation by guiding process designs and prepare implementation plan for each test cycle for production and align it with Project team, LPOs and SI·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Oversee end-to-end implementation of project and monitor progress to ensure meeting defined SLAs and timelines as agreed in the project plan·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Acts as a change agent to instill process improvement culture throughout the organization for ESS and communicate regularly with executive sponsors, team leaders, process owners, and other stakeholders about team progress toward goal achievement, critical factors and obstacles·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Work with all of the teams and various stakeholders to perform analysis and assessments with regard to ESS process and escalations, do business process mapping, present their findings and a new Process Strategy and Process Implementation Plan for all of ESS Global Technology to the Executive Leadership team·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Lead continuous process improvement by collecting and analyzing Lean process data, identifying opportunities, developing solutions and manage implementation·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Manage training team and design training plan, contents along with project team and SIs and ensure team understand the training methods and relevant areas to work at operational levelnbsp;Required Academic Qualificationsnbsp;·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Masters/Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance from any UGC approved universitynbsp;Required Experiencenbsp;·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Minimum 7-8 years’ continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including Financial process management and business analysis·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience of continuous improvement application including value stream mapping·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multijurisdictional organization·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure ·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between nbsp;Required Knowledge amp; Skillsnbsp;·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Extensive knowledge on Financial processes and its applications·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; In-dept. understanding of Financial Risk Controls and its impact within processes·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Strong analytical, process and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success·nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/ ’Work Out’ sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl.
