About the Role:For our dynamic Finance amp; Accounting team, we are looking for someone who will add value for general accounting, payroll, taxation, develop a more smooth amp; efficient control system for the team, take the lead in presenting amp; preparing data in front of our local and US stakeholders. Job Description / Responsibilities
Prepare and update operational economics and present to divisional leadership periodically with recommendations.
Collaborate with the internal, connected, and external stakeholders for reporting and system implementation
Manage intercompany receivable and ensure timely collection
Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts periodically
Prepare corporate tax return in compliance with the most updated regulation of National Board of Revenue (NBR)
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset and depreciation for all geographic locations
Contribute to global financial reporting with robust analysis of consolidated expenses and headcount
Process payroll by the last banking day of the month and address the queriesnbsp;
Deduct advance income tax from the monthly payroll and submit periodic return to NBR
Work with the external auditors and ensure timely closure of annual statutory audit
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts and current practices to ensure effective internal controls.
Be adept at handling software such as Oracle NetSuite, MS Office and G-suite.
Ad hoc tasks and functions, as when assigned
Produce innovations in work processes to facilitate effectiveness
Full or partial completion of professional qualification from any of the member bodies of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)
Graduation in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational environment
Fluency in English is a MUST
Ability to work in a flat organization
Ability to communicate with external/internal stakeholders without supervision
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and reliable with the ability to be productive under pressure
