Job Description
For our global Finance amp; Accounting team, we are looking for someone who will add value for accounts receivable, collection, general accounting, execute a smoother amp; efficient control system for the team, take the lead in presenting amp; preparing data in front of our global stakeholders. Should be adaptive in different software and working in a night shift. Maintain accurate record and analyze different metrics of the company. - Support the AR manager in all aspects of billing, collections, revenue recognition and commissions
- Create sales orders and monthly invoices in Netsuite and send out invoices to customers
- Review customer credits requests and create credit memos as approved by finance
- Maintain the accuracy of the AR aging reports and cash collections
- Collect payments and contact customers who are delinquent on their accounts
- Post payments to Netsuite and maintain the check register log
- Help with month-end bank reconciliation to ensure all credits are posted properly
- Prepare and update sales metrics
- Maintain key financial and sales information in Salesforce
- Create revenue, billing, collection and other financial reports
- Work with the external auditors to review the financials
- Maintain the commission spreadsheet that tracks sales deals
- Be adept at handling software such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Office and G-suite
- Ad hoc tasks and functions, as when assigned
- Produce innovations in work processes to facilitate effectiveness
- Full or partial completion of professional qualification from any of the member bodies of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)
- Graduation in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational environment
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Ability to work in a flat organization
- Ability to communicate with external/internal stakeholders without supervision
- Willingness to work in NIGHT SHIFT
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and reliable with the ability to be productive under pressure
