You will have the opportunity to grow in the HR field, and work in a team of talented people based in Dhaka and San Francisco (US).Key Responsibilities:
  • Day to Day HR operations
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Assist with HR Audits
  • Ensure our HR databases are accurate and up to date (global scope)
  • Create reports and presentations for the HR Management and other stakeholders
  • Co-operations with Finance amp; Accounts team to support payroll processing.
  • Be the point of contact for benefits and general HR questions
  • Provide support for other HR projects as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team (prepare employment contracts and coordinate orientation for new joiners)
Academic Experience:
  • Graduation with concentration in HR
  • 1-2 years work experience in HR backend operations
  • Experience in working with an HRIS and solid computer skills
  • Understanding of local labor regulations
  • Certification in HRM(Preferred)
