You will have the opportunity to grow in the HR field, and work in a team of talented people based in Dhaka and San Francisco (US).Key Responsibilities:

- Day to Day HR operations
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Assist with HR Audits
- Ensure our HR databases are accurate and up to date (global scope)
- Create reports and presentations for the HR Management and other stakeholders
- Co-operations with Finance amp; Accounts team to support payroll processing.
- Be the point of contact for benefits and general HR questions
- Provide support for other HR projects as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team (prepare employment contracts and coordinate orientation for new joiners)
- Graduation with concentration in HR
- 1-2 years work experience in HR backend operations
- Experience in working with an HRIS and solid computer skills
- Understanding of local labor regulations
- Certification in HRM(Preferred)
- Results driven
- Strong organization skills
- Motivated and eager to learn and grow with us
- Excellent communication in English - verbal and written
