About the Position
The Project Manager (Aquaculture) will provide overall coordination of the aquaculture and serves as the primary point of contact to the overall Team Leader of the Activity and WorldFish management. The incumbent will provide leadership in applying an Inclusive Market Systems approach to implementation of the Bangladesh Aquaculture. Oversees the completion of all technical aquaculture requirements, including Component 1 results and deliverables, in accordance with Activity work plans.
The incumber will manages Component 1 operational, financial, and administrative priorities; directs the planning and budgeting processes; applies management systems in line with RCI and WorldFish standard operating procedures.

The recruitment for this role is a pre-award process. Therefore, any offers of employment for this role are fully dependent on the outcome of our project proposal to the donor. Offers of employment for this role will only be made if our project proposal to the donor is accepted and agreed.
The position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and only shortlisted candidates will be notified and expected to attend the interview. The successful candidate should be available to serve for 3-yearfixed-term contract with the possibility of contract renewal depending on performance and funding availability.
