Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to provide end-to-end technical design and technical leadership expertise for developing successful commercial products.
- Ability to lead the implementation of Application Development projects for various clients.
- Architect and develop .NET Apps on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments on client systems and platforms, offering advice and best-fit solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices.
- Work on both new and legacy applications, supporting existing clients as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Apply problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcome technical challenges.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, adapting to new developments.
- Estimate project work based on client requirements to ensure accurate planning and delivery.
- Ability to estimate projects and development work.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop new applications on the latest Microsoft stack.
- Complete technical assessments on client systems and platforms, advising clients on best practices and recommending the best fit for purpose solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- It is essential that you are Microsoft Aligned, with at least 5+ years’ experience full stack development experience and a passion for helping clients realize their full potential within the Microsoft Cloud space.
- 3+ year' of lead level or consulting experience preferred.
- proven ability to lead the client through the custom solution journey.
- Possess at least 1-3 years' experience with Power Platform
- Possess 1-3 years' experience with .NET Apps on MS Azure
- Core to this role are your soft skills. You’ll be a people-person with exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, a creative approach and a desire to excel in a consulting environment.
- Experience and knowledge with Azure DevOps, Graph API, Microsoft Bot framework and Open AI is highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience in estimating work according to client needs would be highly valued
- A huge desire to learn and grow. You will understand that technology is always shifting and you will be willing to shift with it rather than remaining comfortable
