We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Driver Operations Team as an Associate (Driver Quality amp; Comms). As an Associate in this team, you will be at the forefront of consistently amp; constantly increasing driver performance through effective data analysis amp; communication to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. What You Will Do:
  • Identify and analyze customer pain points related to drivers by collaborating with relevant departments (specifically with Sales and Customer Experience).
  • Educate the drivers on every stage of driver journey starting from onboarding to convert them to active drivers.
  • Prepare high-quality amp; easy-to-understand content to effectively communicate identified issues to drivers through various channels (e.g., Blog, in-App, Social Media).
  • Conduct daily analysis of zone-wise, driver-level, and order-level data to identify gaps in driver performance and take necessary steps to eliminate the gaps.
  • Conduct regular field visits to measure the impact of executed strategies and assess driver understanding of communicated contents.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in all internal and external communications related to driver communication, quality and performance.
  • Develop and enhance training material for drivers (offline and online) to equip drivers with necessary skills to operate safely and effectively in the Lalamove platform.
  • Coordinate with teams to research driver community behaviors and preferences.
  • Promptly address and resolve all driver-related issues (e.g., app education, driver cash out etc.).
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably in supply chain or marketing)
  • Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel amp; Google Sheet)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in content writing and circulation (including but not limited to In-App Comms, WhatsApp Comms, SMS).
  • Having experience in Designing amp; video Editing will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a keen attention to detail, proactive nature, and a self-driven approach.
