We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Business Development Team asan Associate (Acquisition), Sales.Incumbents should exhibit a spirit of excellence and have the desire to join one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platforms.
Your primary role is to drive business growth by acquiring leads, nurturing relationships, and generating continuous orders and high transaction value (TV). You will play a pivotal role in our customer acquisition efforts. Think you are up for it? Apply now!
What You'll Do:
  • Individually develop new business leads by mapping, visiting, identifying and acquiring business users across different industries and locations while emphasizing on SMEs. These leads can be sourced from various channels, including online platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and offline through shop visits. Focus on identifying leads that have the potential to place continuous orders and contribute to high TV.
  • Foster relationships and guide the developed leads through the corporate user registration process on our app using email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, SMS, phone calls, and visits; simultaneously, gain insights into customer needs and provide our product offerings.
  • Analyze customer profiles, order behavior, and market trends. Based on the analysis, manage our existing, new, and reactivated clients.
  • Use all comms capabilities (both in-app and others) to deliver product updates and increase performance matrix.
  • Exceed individual and team targets amp; KPIs.
  • Generate, present, and analyze reports for leadership teams.
  • Provide ad hoc support as required.
What You'll Need:
  • Hold a university degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Possess a positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
  • Have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Have experience in working with a large amount of data and reporting across various matrices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
  • Be familiar with using existing social media platforms.
