Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a Senior ML/AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing technical solutions for our strategic customers, focusing on establishing their AI strategy with a particular emphasis on Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with strategic customers to understand their AI needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, Data Scientists, and Developers.
- Lead the implementation lifecycle for the delivery of AI applications, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop Generative AI-powered applications integrated with the broader AI portfolio.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the team, providing guidance on deriving value through Open AI.
- Utilize knowledge of large language model (LLM) and Foundational models toolsets in project development.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the AI open-source ecosystem and apply relevant knowledge to projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience with managing implementation lifecycle for delivery of AI applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and chaining technology.
- Knowledge of large language model (LLM) and Foundational models toolsets.
- Proficiency in the AI open-source ecosystem.
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures is an added advantage.
- Experience and skills with Azure Data and AI services or equivalent competitive experience (Cognitive Services, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Open AI).
