Job Description
This role would suit someone with a technical background, with specialised experience within the Microsoft Tech Stack (with a focus on Synapse and Power BI).
- Build and maintain data pipelines to process large amounts of data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain the infrastructure necessary for efficient and accurate data processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure high-quality data is available for use in their work.
- Design and implement ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
- Develop and maintain data storage solutions such as databases or data warehouses.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data.
- Provide technical support for data-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of current, technical working experience with Microsoft Tech Stack
- Previous working experience with Synapse and Power BI
- Ability to implement MDP (Databricks)
- Strong experience in developing Power BI Dashboards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in facilitating data use cases and requirements with business stakeholders.
- Experience with leading data platform implementations and estimations
- Knowledge of any other Microsoft products will be highly valued.
